Key responsibilities & impact

Understand the brand’s current reality and business context, identifying business opportunities
Transform current pain points in the product development process into new processes
Develop data analyses to support leadership decision-making and the implementation of action plans
Focus on improving supply chain KPIs
Serve as the PMO for projects aimed at improving operational-area indicators, or provide support to other areas of the company
Assist in implementing existing and/or proprietary solutions to improve business performance
Build relationships with partner teams to understand the business, explore needs, and demonstrate results
Design and optimize workflows and processes

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong ability to solve and simplify complex problems
Advanced SQL and database skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
English proficiency
Preferred: experience in retail, particularly in planning or operations
Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to quickly build rapport
A proactive, results-oriented mindset
