About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map and monitor each supplier’s production capacity, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support production allocation and balancing among suppliers, taking production capacity and brand requirements into account.
  • Consolidate and analyze production capacity data by product line and brand, contributing to decision-making.
  • Anticipate supply risks and propose corrective or preventive actions.
  • Create, update, and monitor production capacity reports and KPIs.
  • Monitor supplier termination processes, ensuring that the corresponding volumes are not included in the production capacity of the supply chain.
  • Prepare and consolidate materials, analyses, and presentations for review meetings, decision-making forums, and internal alignment.
  • Support the coordination team with strategic and operational demands, routine organization, project tracking, and execution of team activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in data analysis, planning, production control, production capacity management, or related areas.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to consolidate databases, develop analyses, and prepare reports and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret information, identify variances, map risks, and propose process improvements.
  • Ability to organize demands, track deadlines, manage information, and ensure that the department’s controls are kept up to date.
  • Ability to structure and develop executive materials and presentations, consolidating data and information clearly and objectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with different departments, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of the department’s operational and strategic routines.
  • Proactive approach to anticipating needs, identifying problems, and proposing solutions, with autonomy in carrying out activities.
  • Experience in the fashion, apparel, or textile industries is desirable.
