About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, analyze, and formalize business and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and functionally evolve SEPA flows, particularly SCT, SDD, and SCT-Inst
- Analyze Eurosystem/ECB initiatives related to the Digital Euro and assess impacts on processes and systems
- Draft Functional Specifications and technical-functional documentation
- Model application flows and interbank messaging formats
- Analyze ISO 20022 and XML/MX messaging
- Support interbank clearing and settlement processes
- Liaise between business stakeholders, architecture, development, and testing teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in the role
- Consolidated experience in the Payments domain
- Knowledge of the payment lifecycle
- Knowledge of EPC schemes, especially SCT, SDD and SCT-Inst
- Good knowledge of ISO 20022 and XML/MX messaging
- Knowledge of interbank clearing and settlement logic
- Knowledge of or concrete interest in Digital Euro topics
- Experience writing Functional Specifications
- Ability to model application flows and formalize requirements
- Ability to interface with business and technical stakeholders
- Good knowledge of English
- Analytical skills, problem solving, precision, structured approach, stakeholder management, and teamwork aptitude
- Availability for occasional presence in Milan or Bologna
- Collaboration via Partita IVA
