About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform solutions for complex business requirements
Write clean, scalable code using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and Power Platform technologies
Develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Power Automate flows, and PCF controls
Integrate D365 with third-party applications, legacy systems, and external APIs using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
Conduct code reviews and establish technical guidelines
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and performance standards
Collaborate with functional consultants, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
Guide and mentor junior developers on technical design, troubleshooting, and platform capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the Power Platform
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
Solid knowledge of X++ for D365 F&O customization, including Plugins, Workflows, customized models, event handlers, and COC (chain of commands)
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI integration
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills
Experience working in agile development environments
