About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write on-brand copy for Meta ads, including hooks, headlines, and ad variations
  • Develop creative briefs using existing photo and video assets
  • Identify asset gaps that may require new production
  • Adapt messaging across social, email, web, retail, and other channels
  • Translate performance insights into creative and copy recommendations
  • Collaborate with designers, media buyers, strategists, and marketing teams
  • Manage multiple briefs, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Focus responsibilities approximately 50% creative briefing and coordination, 25% copywriting, 20% creative strategy, and 5% performance analysis
  • Support a fast-growing U.S. fitness equipment brand
  • Work across social, email, web, retail, and other marketing channels
  • This role does not involve building or managing paid-media campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in copywriting, creative strategy, or advertising creative
  • Strong portfolio with paid-social/performance advertising examples in English
  • Experience developing creative briefs for designers, editors, or production teams
  • Experience writing Meta/Facebook/Instagram hooks, headlines, CTAs, and creative variations
  • Ability to turn audience and performance insights into new creative angles
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously
  • Excellent English written communication skills and strong attention to tone, messaging, grammar, and detail
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with designers, media buyers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, audiences, creative needs, and stakeholder feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or the Caribbean
  • Candidates must be able to maintain sufficient working-hour overlap with the client’s team and stakeholders
