Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Software and Platform Engineers responsible for the Secure Access application throughout its lifecycle
Oversee integration with on-premises and cloud environments
Set technical direction
Manage priorities and delivery
Mentor engineers across software and platform disciplines
Balance reliability for existing customers with delivery of new features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least three years of direct engineering management experience
At least five years of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering
Experience managing virtualized on-premises infrastructure, particularly VMware vSphere/ESXi
Experience with VDI or remote-access infrastructure
Experience deploying and operating workloads on a major cloud platform, preferably GCP
Working knowledge of Linux administration, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to break down a product vision into workable engineering tasks
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to nontechnical stakeholders
Nice to have: Experience with networking technologies, including VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and DNS
Nice to have: Experience extending or migrating on-premises workloads to GCP
Nice to have: Experience with automation tools, such as Terraform and Ansible
Nice to have: Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments, including FedRAMP, CMMC, or SOC 2
Nice to have: Knowledge of identity and access management protocols, including SSO, OIDC, and SAML
