About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Test M365 Copilot functionality and newly released features
- Analyze adoption, usage patterns, and optimization potential
- Support the configuration of M365 Copilot
- Take over user enablement from the external partner after the project ends
- Refine use cases with business departments and gather requirements
- Technically implement use cases, including system integration via Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Build internal Copilot Studio expertise
- Document use cases and platform configurations in Confluence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying or recently graduated in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- Interest in Microsoft 365, AI-assisted tooling, and low-code/productivity platforms
- Analytical mindset with an eye for usage data and optimization potential
- Hands-on and curious, with willingness to build Copilot Studio skills and deliver real use cases
- Good communication skills for gathering requirements with business departments
- Fluent English
- German is a plus
