About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week
- Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
- Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care
- Create a personal schedule while using company-provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Kentucky independent license: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
- Availability primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, 2:00–9:00 PM EST; weekend availability welcomed
