About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and daily life in Berlin
- Participate in talking-head videos and voiceovers
- Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for Gen-Z
- Research and curate activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Student enrolled in a study program requiring a mandatory internship
- Berlin-based
- Eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable being on camera, including recording talking-head videos
- Basic smartphone photography/video skills; iPhone sufficient
- Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, and open to trying new things
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Creativity and willingness to learn
- Ability to write short texts and copy in English and German
