About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide user support for questions and error resolution in the Linx Microvix system, ensuring the proper operation of operational and administrative processes
  • Support the implementation of new modules and processes, participating in testing and validation with the relevant departments
  • Open, monitor, and close internal tickets and tickets with Linx Support, ensuring deadlines are met and requests are traceable
  • Create and update system user manuals and tutorials, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Microvix Knowledge Base
  • Test new routines, configurations, and system updates before they are made available to users
  • Assist with the integration of Microvix with complementary systems, such as e-commerce platforms, POS, reconciliation, BI, and financial systems
  • Prepare workstations (laptops and desktops) for new users and stores, including the installation and configuration of required software
  • Support the IT team in managing the department’s administrative obligations and routines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic knowledge of the Linx Microvix ERP, particularly the Sales and POS modules
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and web browsers
  • Ability to install, configure, and update software
  • Basic SQL knowledge (simple queries, data reading, and error identification)
  • Preferred: previous experience providing Protheus technical support
  • Preferred: previous experience providing technical support for or implementing the Linx Microvix ERP
  • Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and attention to detail
