About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services
- Prepare company valuations, build financial models, and create marketing materials
- Contribute to business development through research, analysis, and preparation for client meetings and pitches
- Work with junior and senior investment bankers across every stage of a deal
- Use AI tools such as Rogo and auxi to streamline pitch books and models
- Use data visualization software such as Power BI to generate data-driven insights and reports for client materials
- Conduct research and facilitate due diligence
- Collaborate across geographies, sectors, and specialties to support client objectives
- Contribute to conversations with investor and corporate management clients around the world
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12–24 months of full-time work experience (investment banking preferred)
- Proven academic record and passion for finance
- Finance degree helpful but not required
- Drive, resilience, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative setting
- Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal skills
- Relevant software proficiency
- SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred, or ability to obtain them quickly
- Experience with AI tools such as Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status
