About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, deliver, and measure training programs that improve co-worker performance and develop skills for current and future duties
- Work directly with leaders and SMEs to define skill or knowledge gaps through one-on-one interviewing and design training material
- Deliver technical and/or soft skills programs using engaging facilitation skills
- Assist with development of video-based microlearning efforts and share finalized resources with co-workers in an educationally sound manner
- Review existing training to determine effectiveness on participant performance and propose updates where appropriate
- Assess training opportunities, materials, third-party vendors, and other information to ensure current learning and development opportunities
- Propose realistic solutions to improve performance where training is the appropriate approach
- Identify effective uses of classroom, virtual/online, and Structured On-the-Job Training
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years or more of related training experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Learning, or Education is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with ability to translate written content
- Must possess a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft products such as: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Travel: Up to 25%
