  • Lead engineering activities associated with complex manufacturing processes and product execution
  • Ensure technical alignment, operational effectiveness, and successful delivery of customized solutions meeting customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Principal Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent senior engineering role
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems, and production operations
  • Ability to manage complex engineering challenges and deliver effective, scalable solutions
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional and global matrix organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
  • Proven ability to lead programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to document, plan, execute, and monitor engineering and operational programs
  • Established project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
