About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with the Field Service team to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Manage domestic and international power generation projects for aftermarket services
  • Maintain project profit and loss accountability
  • Manage project-related activities and resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer points of contact and build relationships across customer accounts
  • Deliver aftermarket power generation projects in line with the value proposition, schedule, and budget
  • Monitor, coordinate, and expedite internal procurement processes for project materials and services
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Service Operations Leadership
  • Integrate efforts with Service Engineers and the North America Projects team
  • Report major project KPIs to leadership, including on-time delivery, actual versus planned revenue, and project margin
  • Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation and growth plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven record as a Project Manager, in field service, or contract management in industrial Power Generation
  • Willingness to travel as required to support order execution, including customer visits, external kickoff or progress meetings, and key supplier visits
