About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaising with customers and shore-based Operations Managers
  • Participate in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the work site
  • Prepare, document, and receive outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the work site
  • Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates
  • Perform invoicing activities
  • Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business
  • Serve as the key interface between on-site teams and the client
  • Ensure production chemicals are properly recommended, applied, monitored, and optimized
  • Support reliable, high-quality customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, completed within the last 36 months
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident
  • Will not need employment sponsorship now or in the future
  • Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork
  • Ability to guide others
  • Leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills
  • Data analysis and project management abilities
