About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients
  • Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports
  • Research and perform financial analysis of target companies
  • Conduct due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional client service
  • Participate in firm marketing and recruiting activities
  • Network and build relationships internally, externally, with clients, and with the community
  • Invest in individual professional development and firm-wide learning and development programs

  • Work alongside firm leadership to serve clients and build the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required
  • High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
  • Intermediate modeling and Excel skills
  • Experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
  • Ability to generate data-driven insights
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience presenting analyses to management
  • Ability to lead and drive initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
  • Ability to comfortably interact with senior-level client personnel
  • Ability to support preparation of and participate in executive briefings
