About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain hands-on experience in risk advisory working full time
- Participate in intern orientation, technical training and development program

- Contribute to client engagements across risk, governance, internal audit, compliance, IT, and cybersecurity
- Learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers, and partners across numerous industries and services
- Build friendships and strong work relationships
- Demonstrate performance and ability to join Baker Tilly as a full-time consultant
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled as a student during the current school year in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, Public Health, or related degree
- Able to work full time for the duration of the internship
- Available to travel as needed for client projects
- A resume and unofficial transcript(s) are required as part of the application process
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least one academic term remaining following completion of the internship
- Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
