Key responsibilities & impact

Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications providing high quality service
Manage priorities independently and successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities
Advocate for clients, team members, and the product
Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Act as project sponsor on resourced projects, managing resources and providing project updates to clients
Understand, communicate expectations, and enforce SOWs and scope of BT360 program
Monitor and respond to customer technical issues, product questions and informational requests
Clearly articulate system functionality through written and oral communication methods
Coordinate, plan, and lead internal and client project team meetings
Configure and implement Sage Intacct software using the prescriptive implementation methodology
Document customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business management processes
Perform gap analysis and recommend alternative applications when necessary
Design and build industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards
Conduct training for customer end-users at all levels
Use advanced Excel for data mapping, integration, and migration
Deepen expertise in Sage Intacct and stay current with product features and enhancements
Perform additional assignments as requested by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Business, or MIS (with a foundational understanding of accounting concepts)
Deep knowledge of the construction industry, including micro-verticals, operational/reporting requirements, and terminology
Knowledge of construction-specific payroll requirements (preferred)
At least 3+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct
Construction industry experience working in accounting or operations (with general understanding of accounting principles)
Public accounting experience
Accounting and finance or similar as an end user of Sage Intacct or similar ERP system
Sage Intacct Implementation Certification, and/or Sage Intacct Construction Implementation Consultant Certification Package
Experience as a client-facing support consultant (preferred)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle software delivery or as an end-user during implementation or upgrades (preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of client data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
