About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic client engagements involving financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Advise CFOs and C-suite leaders on project finance, M&A, valuation, and corporate transactions
  • Recommend financial tools and reporting frameworks, including rolling forecasts, performance dashboards, and investor reporting
  • Apply coding, Power BI, and other FP&A tools to enhance client solutions and internal capabilities
  • Drive business development through scoping, proposal development, relationship-building, and cross-selling
  • Manage and mentor engagement teams
  • Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, methodologies, tools, and service offerings
  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure engagement quality and profitability through project management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, business advisory, or related areas
  • Track record of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
  • Strong business development acumen, including proposal writing, client presentations, and relationship management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with US GAAP
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a complex, dynamic environment
  • Expert understanding, comprehension, and ability to articulate various business processes
  • Ability to travel less than 25% annually
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required
  • CFA, CPA, or similar credential strongly preferred
  • Experience with FP&A tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or EPM tools highly preferred
