About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide buy-side and sell-side due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients
  • Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management matters
  • Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports
  • Research and perform financial analysis of target companies
  • Conduct due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions
  • Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional client service
  • Participate in firm marketing and recruiting activities
  • Advance within the transaction advisory services group

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • CPA designation preferred
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience required, ideally in a mid to large size professional services firm performing audits and related services for a diverse client base
  • At least two (2) years of transaction services / due diligence experience highly preferred
  • Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA, etc.) and/or an advanced degree are a plus
  • High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately
  • Intermediate modeling and Excel skills
  • Experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insights
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
  • Ability to comfortably interact with senior-level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings
