About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, development and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud technical workstreams throughout all phases of a cloud transformation
  • Liaise with architects, developers, business users and testing teams during Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Align business solutions through requirements gathering, testing and system deployments, typically involving integration, data conversion, reporting and fast formulas
  • Apply business process and system expertise to HCM and key cross-functional areas
  • Collaborate with functional consulting staff to implement business-aligned Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
  • Invest in professional development through individual activities and firm-wide learning and development programs
  • Support the growth and development of team members and clients through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy
  • Partner with project managers to identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
  • Participate in developing and deploying implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits through internal initiatives
  • Lead the continuous development of market offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, human resources, or related field
  • Two (2) years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, including exposure to HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader and HSDL toolsets
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in other HCM products like PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, or Workday, including proficiency with data structures and cloud terminology
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes
  • Project experience with full lifecycle software implementation, including requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis and design, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Excellent analytic skills and ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level and provide exceptional client service
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current regarding applicable strategies
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as the details
  • Ethical knowledge and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects
  • Ability to multitask across concurrent projects and internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with client resources from lower level to C suite
  • Ability to travel, potentially up to 50%
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional business hours for client demands
