About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing individual mental health therapy
- Provide clinically appropriate therapy services to children and adolescents
- Complete psychosocial assessments
- Develop and update person-centered treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Complete timely contact notes and clinical documentation for all sessions
- Document all services through the cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other members of the treatment team as appropriate
- Provide services in accordance with professional standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field
- Current active Maryland licensure that authorizes the provision of mental health treatment
- Previous psychotherapy experience in a community-based setting is preferred
- Successful completion of a background check and any other required pre-employment screenings is required
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
