About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing individual mental health therapy
  • Provide clinically appropriate therapy services to children and adolescents
  • Complete psychosocial assessments
  • Develop and update person-centered treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  • Complete timely contact notes and clinical documentation for all sessions
  • Document all services through the cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other members of the treatment team as appropriate
  • Provide services in accordance with professional standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field
  • Current active Maryland licensure that authorizes the provision of mental health treatment
  • Previous psychotherapy experience in a community-based setting is preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check and any other required pre-employment screenings is required
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
