About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate and optimize the weekly supply plan, ensuring execution of the sales and operations plan
Monitor demand, production capacity, and inventory levels, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities
Support decisions regarding order prioritization, inventory allocation, and production capacity balancing
Ensure adherence to the approved SIOP plan by managing exceptions and proposing corrective actions
Track OOR, DOH, OSM, Backlog, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, and Plan Adherence metrics
Develop and maintain inventory policies based on statistical analyses and operational scenarios
Serve as the focal point for Customer Service metrics, ensuring the reliability of information
Prepare complex analyses and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
Intermediate English proficiency
Solid experience in Supply Chain and Planning
Experience with S&OE, S&OP, and SIOP processes
Experience in industrial environments or complex operations
Knowledge of short-term demand and production planning
Experience in inventory management, Customer Service, and SIOP/IBP processes
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is desirable
Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Power Query, Python, or equivalent is desirable
An MBA or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Planning will be considered an advantage
