About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support live corporate finance projects across a range of clients and sectors
  • Learn transaction processes from initial analysis and financial due diligence through to deal execution
  • Analyse financial information
  • Build understanding of valuations, financial modelling, working capital, net debt and cash flow
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations and deal materials
  • Work with clients and target management teams
  • Develop technical and commercial judgement under guidance from experienced Corporate Finance professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate role; working towards or recently achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence to ask questions and take ownership of development
  • Analytical and commercially curious
  • Comfortable working with financial information
  • Ready to learn
  • No previous Corporate Finance experience required
  • Willingness to undertake fully funded ACA training contract
