About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of new and existing SEO campaigns across a range of clients
- Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard
- Create and shape effective SEO campaigns that exceed client expectations
- Deliver technical audits, keyword research and on-page recommendations
- Manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face meetings, conference calls and presentations
- Review campaigns, analyse data and provide actionable reports
- Communicate SEO concepts to non-technical team members and clients
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, marketing teams and SEO consultants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an SEO role at an SEO agency
- 2-4 years working specifically in SEO in another agency
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing SEO strategies for clients
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including major elements affecting site performance
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO and content, including EEAT
- Strong understanding of off-site SEO and its role in campaigns
- Ability to relate SEO disciplines to one another and communicate them to different audiences
- Knowledge or experience of working with CMS systems
- Excellent written English and client-facing communication skills
- Strong time and task management skills
- Understanding of site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEOGets, Search Console, SEMRush and similar
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organisational and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively and kindly
