About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create concepts, break down briefs, and write dynamic scripts for corporate, training, social media, and internal marketing videos
  • Operate audio and video equipment in studios and on external locations
  • Take technical and creative responsibility for audiovisual coverage of corporate events and training sessions
  • Ensure the organization and secure archiving of raw footage and completed projects
  • Propose new formats, visual languages, and continuous improvements for Bari’s video communications
  • Work across the entire production process, from pre-production to post-production, including scriptwriting, camera operation, and final editing in collaboration with the creative team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid previous experience in the audiovisual field
  • Portfolio demonstrating scriptwriting, filming, and editing work is essential
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) or equivalent industry tools, such as DaVinci Resolve
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera operation
  • Knowledge of lighting techniques
  • Knowledge of direct audio recording and framing/composition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to direct people and speakers during recordings
