About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact between the commercial team, correspondent partners, and the contract formalization and registration teams
Track operations after contracts are signed, monitoring the registration process through the release of funds
Support correspondent partners by providing updates, answering questions, and resolving outstanding issues
Monitor deadlines and SLAs for contract formalization and registration activities, identifying delays and escalating them to the responsible teams
Support the commercial team with contract issuance and the follow-up of outstanding items to expedite signatures
Support the management of partner commissions, including requesting, receiving, reviewing, and tracking invoices, as well as monitoring payments
Keep operational tracking systems and controls up to date
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase efficiency, shorten turnaround times, and enhance the partner experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in areas related to individual and corporate credit analysis
Understanding of balance sheets and trial balances
Experience analyzing data and documents
Knowledge of Cadastro Positivo and Serasa
Basic Excel skills
Strong organizational and relationship-management skills
