About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support for the administrative routines of the Contract Management department
- Assist with regularization processes
- Monitor and track contract adjustments
- Provide support to the team’s analysts
- Perform the department’s day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or currently pursuing a higher education degree
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Able to multitask and manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Proactive, flexible, and communicative, with strong interpersonal skills
- Available to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Available to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week onsite at our headquarters in São Paulo (Morumbi)
- Between 18 and 22 years old
- Must not have previously worked as an apprentice at another company
