About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute operational processes throughout the client lifecycle and credit operations efficiently, promptly, and securely;
- Perform pre-registration, account opening and closure, and client information updates;
- Process transaction classification, reversals, collateral shortfalls, approval requests, reconciliation of temporary balances, and calculation worksheets;
- Support Relationship Managers and Commercial Assistants;
- Provide information for completed transactions;
- Monitor the transaction lifecycle;
- Provide technical guidance and clarification.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Experience with operational processes at financial institutions or financial services companies;
- Experience in operations;
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage high operational volumes;
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
