About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide efficient support for commercial operations
- Ensure process organization, information quality, and deadline compliance throughout the operational lifecycle
- Handle pre-registration, account opening and closing, customer information updates, trade ticketing, TED/wire transfers linked to transactions, duplicate payment slips, and F&P inquiries
- Process transaction classification, reversals, collateral shortfalls, approval-limit requests, reconciliation of temporary balances, and calculation worksheets
- Provide support to Commercial Managers
- Provide information for completed transactions
- Monitor the operational lifecycle
- Work with NDAs and provide technical clarification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree
- Experience in financial institutions or financial services companies
- Background in administrative, operational, or commercial support activities
- Knowledge of wholesale banking products and services
- Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency
