About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the FP&A team
  • Ensure monthly closing, forecasting, and budget orchestration processes
  • Prepare and manage individualized P&Ls for the 10 joint ventures (JVs)
  • Consolidate results using the equity method
  • Optimize budgets to support executive leadership and partner meetings
  • Perform complex financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF), IRR, and ROI analyses
  • Conduct valuations of new business theses
  • Analyze feasibility and define the most suitable financial structure for the bank’s entry and partnerships
  • Support the Head’s Go/No-Go decisions
  • Define margin thresholds for pricing
  • Promote cost decentralization through Matrix-Based Expense Management (GMD)
  • Develop action plans (PDCA) for course corrections
  • Analyze business scenarios and assess the impact of tax reform on results and budgets
  • Work in close collaboration with the tax specialist team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in controllership, financial planning, M&A, or venture capital
  • Experience in corporate finance and treasury management
  • Team leadership experience
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Advanced Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and projections (valuation)
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS / CPC)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI applications
  • Postgraduate degree or master’s degree (preferred)
  • CFA certification (preferred)
