Take a leading role in onboarding new agents, ensuring they gain comprehensive knowledge of Mercantil’s business, including products and sales techniques, to perform their sales and customer service activities effectively
Deliver sales technique content with a focus on performance, seeking maximum class engagement and knowledge retention through relevant activities and exercises
Deliver sales content based on customer service best practices, with a focus on excellence in relationship-building techniques, customer satisfaction, and customer delight
Ensure the appropriate use of training resources, including physical facilities and printed or digital materials, while maintaining a disciplined and responsible approach
Stay up to date with new trends, activities, training techniques, and employee development tools, incorporating those that create value for Mercantil

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or Management with an emphasis on Training and Development
Proficiency in PowerPoint and training-material development tools
Experience conducting training needs analyses focused on sales and customer service, as well as public speaking and presentation techniques
Experience facilitating group activities
