About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and propose organizational architecture models and salary structures to address business transformations and maintain internal equity
  • Propose changes to compensation models, assessing their financial impact and effectiveness in attracting and retaining professionals
  • Help maintain external competitiveness by analyzing and consolidating compensation market surveys and studies, and recommending adjustments to salary tables and structures
  • Own the performance management cycle and its impact on employee development by defining tools, preparing procedures, monitoring completion, and designing and delivering training
  • Own the merit review cycle by defining guidelines and analyzing proposals for employee movements, promotions, and job-level changes to ensure technical compliance
  • Consolidate institutional and regulatory metrics and reports (Reference Form, Equity Report, and GPTW), providing thorough analyses to support management decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and job weighting methodologies
  • Knowledge of compensation market surveys and salary architecture
  • Knowledge of people budget management
  • Knowledge of performance management cycles and meritocracy
  • Knowledge of variable compensation modeling
  • Knowledge of regulatory and ESG reporting
  • Graduate degree or specialization is a plus
  • Methodology certification in job evaluation or Total Rewards (WorldatWork/Global Rem) is a plus
