About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Product and Technology leaders, aligning people management with business objectives and the dynamics of technology and innovation ecosystems
  • Monitor people metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring SLAs, costs, and headcount
  • Anticipate issues, generate insights, and develop preventive action plans
  • Lead Performance Reviews, Calibration Committees, Succession Mapping, 9-Box assessments, and follow-up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with managers
  • Support Recruitment and Selection in calibrating technical and product profiles, mapping future competencies, and monitoring strategic or confidential vacancies
  • Mediate conflicts and support managers with complex feedback conversations and termination plans
  • Reduce labor-related risks and strengthen the retention of technical talent
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Learning and Development, Payroll and HR Administration, and Recruitment and Selection teams to simplify processes and ensure agile delivery to internal clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and succession planning methodologies
  • Knowledge of headcount planning
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business Management, Agile Methodologies, or related fields (a plus)
  • Experience as an HRBP in Product or Technology organizations, or in highly dynamic and innovative environments (a plus)
