About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of sales, product performance, customer behavior, and market data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information.
Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using AI, Power BI, HubSpot, and other tools, providing a clear, real-time view of commercial performance indicators (KPIs).
Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets for ad hoc analyses, simulations, data modeling, and target tracking.
Extract and manipulate data from different sources, demonstrating strong proficiency in databases and query languages.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve commercial performance, proposing data-driven strategic actions.
Provide analytical support and data consulting to the commercial team, translating complex results into clear, understandable language for stakeholders.
Proactively collaborate with other areas of the bank to understand their needs and develop BI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in databases, including SQL, data extraction, manipulation, and modeling.
Knowledge of using AI for projects and data analysis.
Proven proficiency in Power BI, including the creation of complex dashboards.
Advanced Excel skills, including functions and pivot tables; macros/VBA is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical reasoning to solve complex problems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with commercial and cross-functional teams, including the ability to translate technical terms into business language.
Previous experience in Commercial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis within the financial or banking sector is a plus.
Knowledge of and familiarity with banking products and services, such as credit and insurance, is a plus.
