About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Extract and analyze internal and external reports using advanced Excel.
- Prepare executive presentations for the Board of Directors, featuring relevant legal department data and information.
- Support the Bank’s internal clients, working closely with commercial and executive teams.
- Assist with the organization and governance of departmental KPIs and controls.
- Monitor the litigation filing schedule and gather supporting information.
- Control expenses and payments for external law firms.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in data analysis, management, and processing using technology tools (certification preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills, including report preparation, pivot tables, KPI development, and information analysis.
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to plan and prioritize demands, ensuring efficient management of litigation deadlines and legal activities.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a focus on process optimization, information analysis, and improving efficiency in legal operations.
- Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
