About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the efficiency and digital transformation of individual (retail) credit operations
Monitor and control credit operations and contract formalization
Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational risks
Develop management dashboards and executive reports to track the department’s results
Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements
Automate controls, checks, and recurring operational activities
Develop solutions using Python, Power BI, and other automation tools
Structure and manage operational workflows in digital workflow and similar platforms
Support digitization, operational efficiency, and process transformation initiatives
Ensure procedures, policies, manuals, and departmental support materials are kept up to date
Conduct data analyses to support decision-making
Support internal and external audits, regulatory controls, and operational governance
Collaborate with Technology, Product, Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams
Participate in projects involving the implementation of new solutions, products, and operational improvements
Help reduce risks, increase productivity, and improve the experience of internal and external customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis
Experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development, and KPI creation
Knowledge of process management tools, preferably Pipefy
Advanced Excel skills
Analytical, data-driven profile
Ability to map processes and propose improvements
Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different areas of the bank
Experience in credit operations or banking products
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Power Automate, RPA, or other automation tools
Experience with APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with digital transformation projects
Knowledge of operational KPIs, internal controls, and process management
Continuous improvement mindset
