About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the Banking Collections operation, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with deadlines
Manage processes involving collection batches, invoices, receivables registration, instructions, cancellations, and settlements
Lead and develop the team, monitoring productivity, quality, and operational performance
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, controls, and operational risks, addressing deviations and incidents
Identify and implement improvements and automations, pursuing efficiency, reduced manual work, and greater scalability
Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and other partner teams to resolve requests and enhance processes
Ensure a customer-experience-oriented operation while maintaining agility and quality in handling requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in Banking Collections, particularly with invoices, collection batches, receivables, and collection instructions
Previous experience managing and developing teams
Knowledge of operational processes, controls, and risks
Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and productivity
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams
Knowledge of Autbank platforms (collections, Infobank, and current accounts) is a plus
Knowledge of NoCode platforms (Lovable, AI agents, and Pipefy) is a plus
Knowledge of Databricks is a plus
