About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deepen relationships with the bank’s corporate client base.
Identify business opportunities and transform client needs into financial solutions.
Partner with commercial teams in the origination and closing of transactions.
Contribute to increasing Treasury revenue by expanding product penetration among the existing client base.
Support the prospecting of new clients in partnership with commercial teams when opportunities are identified.
Deliver commercial presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Serve as a technical and commercial reference for Treasury products.
Participate in structuring and developing new solutions, contributing to the evolution of the area’s value proposition.
Leverage technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to increase the desk’s operational and commercial efficiency.
Collaborate on continuous process improvement and the implementation of innovative initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in Treasury Sales, Financial Markets, Capital Markets, or related areas.
Knowledge of Treasury products and how financial markets operate.
Knowledge of the B3 environment.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong foundation in financial mathematics.
Knowledge of Python, process automation, and artificial intelligence applications.
Experience building AI agents and developing productivity solutions will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
