About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Validate the registration of proposals, policies, and endorsements in the system, ensuring complete and consistent records
  • Check discrepancies between Quiver and insurer reports, making corrections or contacting partners as needed
  • Generate standardized evidence and records for audits and management requests
  • Follow up on outstanding items with insurers and ensure prompt resolution
  • Monitor customer service interactions in the Quiver Zap system – inbound and outbound
  • Validate the distribution and import of renewals
  • Review production and commission reports for month-end closing
  • Support accounting and financial closing activities by completing checks and updates within the required deadlines
  • Assess department KPIs and propose adjustments to operational workflows
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support management and decision-making
  • Contribute to the review and improvement of internal processes
  • Support testing of new workflows, systems, and configurations
  • Support leadership in monitoring the team’s deliverables
  • Prepare and formalize follow-up actions with insurers, sales representatives, and internal departments
  • Respond to inquiries from policyholders and partners, providing technical and operational support
  • Notify agents of changes to policies, cancellations, and reinstatements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel proficiency for preparing and analyzing spreadsheets, reports, and controls
  • Knowledge of insurance products, including lines of business, technical terms, policy periods, premiums, policies, and endorsements
  • Knowledge of the Quiver and RD Station systems for analysis, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring the sales workflow
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong writing and written communication skills for preparing emails, formal correspondence, reports, and records
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with insurers, sales representatives, internal departments, and the team, maintaining a collaborative approach and a solution-oriented mindset
