About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and monitor the implementation of social projects and programs, preparing action plans, schedules, reports, and improvement proposals
- Execute initiatives aligned with the company’s Private Social Investment strategy, contributing to institutional objectives
- Monitor risks and ensure compliance with internal policies, institutional commitments, and applicable legislation
- Build relationships with external partners, civil society organizations, public agencies, companies, and universities
- Participate in forums, networks, and dialogue platforms
- Represent the organization at social responsibility events and initiatives
- Contribute to strategic alliances and the co-creation of shared-value social solutions
- Prepare reports and presentations on social project outcomes, with a focus on transparency and impact communication
- Produce strategic and institutional content on social outcomes and brand reputation
- Monitor impact indicators aligned with national and international social responsibility and ESG frameworks
- Track trends, benchmarks, and best practices in social responsibility, ESG, and the SDGs
- Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvements to social programs and practices
- Update social and environmental responsibility policies and guidelines, ensuring ethical and transparent practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, follow-up, and results evaluation
- Experience or knowledge in corporate volunteering, including organizing and engaging employees in social initiatives
- Experience or familiarity with monitoring indicators, analyzing results, and preparing reports and presentations
- Experience engaging and building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including civil society organizations, companies, universities, public authorities, and other partners
- Ability to turn information and results into recommendations to support decision-making
- Knowledge of Private Social Investment, ESG, and the SDGs as applied to social projects and sustainability initiatives
- Ability to work across strategic planning and execution, tracking deliverables and contributing to problem-solving
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and tools for organizing, analyzing, and presenting information
- Knowledge of collaboration and communication platforms to support project management and cross-functional integration
- Reside in Brasília, Federal District, and be available to attend in-person meetings
- Availability to travel
- Preferred: experience or knowledge in sustainability, impact assessment, territorial development, and the nonprofit sector
- Preferred: experience with Private Social Investment, ESG, the SDGs, and corporate volunteering
- Preferred: experience in cross-sector collaboration and managing relationships with institutional partners
