About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, develop, and implement software features and solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop systems, APIs, and automations using technologies and frameworks adopted by the company.
- Implement medium- and high-complexity features, taking functional requirements, business rules, and technical standards into account.
- Develop and consume APIs, including REST-based integrations.
- Apply software engineering best practices, design patterns, and systems architecture principles.
- Perform database operations.
- Conduct unit tests and validate developed features.
- Use code version control tools, particularly Git.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, technical debt, and failures that impact system evolution.
- Participate in technical refinement sessions and Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze architectural diagrams, processes, and technical documentation.
- Document implemented solutions and relevant technical information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to the technical evolution of products.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement focused on the maintainability, adaptability, and availability of solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of systems.
- Experience developing APIs, integrations, and automations.
- Knowledge of Git, development frameworks, MVC architecture, databases, and unit testing.
- Knowledge of programming best practices and code quality standards.
- Knowledge of design patterns, Agile methodologies, and technical documentation is a plus.
