About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide field-level environmental, health, and safety support to an active client project site
  • Conduct daily job site inspections for compliance with EHS policies and regulatory standards
  • Monitor field activities for potential hazards and communicate safety expectations
  • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and inspection logs
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and field training
  • Work with site leadership and field crews to foster a proactive safety culture
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, company, and client-specific safety requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in construction
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS best practices
  • Strong observational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based, fast-paced environment
  • OSHA 10 (Construction) required
  • OSHA 30 (Construction) preferred
  • BCSP certification preferred, such as CHST or STS
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
