About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide documentation and records management support for project activities
  • Assist with budget and cost tracking and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support procurement activities and coordinate with supporting organizations
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, meetings, and priorities
  • Track tasks, action items, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and track tasks through completion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Los Alamos, New Mexico
  • Experience providing administrative, operational, or project support preferred
  • Experience with document and records management preferred
  • Experience with budget, cost, or financial tracking preferred
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, resources, or project activities preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines preferred
  • Experience working in a Laboratory, government, DOE, or other highly regulated environment preferred
