Review and approve music releases to ensure they meet formatting, quality, and compliance standards for distribution

Manage music metadata, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and aligned with platform guidelines
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or delivery challenges during the distribution process
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and optimize distribution workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants must be based in the Philippines
1-2+ years of experience in music distribution, quality assurance, or customer service roles
Proficiency in music metadata management
Strong understanding of the digital music industry
Ability to work during public holidays
Familiarity with copyright and licensing requirements is a big plus
Passion for music is essential
Flexibility with working hours, including weekend shifts
Availability to work through the holiday season to meet seasonal demands
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Contract is for 3 months, with a chance for conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs
