About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform onboarding and maintenance of accounts and review required account documentation
  • Respond to moderately complex client inquiries through multiple channels
  • Review and approve required account documentation
  • Identify risks and process-improvement opportunities
  • Research, follow up on, and resolve complex routine requests
  • Review detailed documents and client account information for accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct risk assessments and apply mitigation steps
  • Research and resolve data issues using documented procedures and troubleshooting guides
  • Engage support partners and escalate complex issues to leadership
  • Independently manage and prioritize a case load to meet due dates
  • Understand end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts
  • Support Loan Management Account Operations in completing high-volume work within 48 hours
  • Assist in training less experienced team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience evaluating highly detailed client-provided documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specific requirements
  • Experience finding errors and working with partners to resolve issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for phone and email interaction with internal partners
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
  • Experience managing a case load and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Ability to use multiple systems and applications accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work with and transform data using Microsoft Excel to create work lists and track results
  • Experience using Service Request Portal (SRP) and Branch Office Security System (BOSS)
  • General knowledge or experience with lending and investment products and/or accounting practices
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes
