About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform offboarding of accounts and review required account documentation by finding requirements and completing account closure activities
  • Review and approve required account documentation by confirming distribution plans, needed approvals, and supporting documents before asset or cash movement
  • Research, follow up on, and resolve more complex routine requests by monitoring asset and cash transfers, tracking account activity, and resolving open items through completion
  • Identify risks and process-improvement opportunities through quality review; address gaps and escalate risks or opportunities
  • Respond to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels and provide client teams with updates on request status, outstanding requirements, and completion outcomes
  • Understand end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts
  • Provide quality service and operations support to internal business partners and external clients
  • Assist in training less experienced team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to find and resolve data inconsistencies in highly detailed documents and systems
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Experience interacting with partners via email and chat
  • Ability to be flexible within the hours of 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage large caseloads and execute within short deadlines
  • Ability using multiple systems and applications to complete individual tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to apply established procedures to daily processing
  • Experience, studies, or knowledge in operations, banking, account management and/or customer service
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes
  • 40 hours per week
