About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts according to established guidelines and procedures
  • Provide quality operations support and service to internal business partners and external clients
  • Assist in training less experienced team members
  • Review and process account opening and maintenance requests, client information, and supporting documentation
  • Validate documentation, complete account openings or updates, and obtain legal review or approved exceptions when needed
  • Monitor asset and cash transfers, resolve outstanding items, and complete final request reviews
  • Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels, provide status updates, return items for missing information, and confirm completion
  • Execute control reports, store required evidence, perform quality reviews, correct defects, and ensure account accuracy
  • Understand end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to find and resolve data inconsistencies in highly detailed documents and systems
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Experience interacting with partners via email and chat
  • Ability to work flexibly within 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage large caseloads and execute within short deadlines
  • Ability to use multiple systems and applications accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to apply established procedures to daily processing
  • Experience, studies, or knowledge in operations, banking, account management and/or customer service
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes
  • No educational credential explicitly required
