About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts according to established guidelines and procedures
  • Review and process account opening and maintenance requests and supporting documentation
  • Validate documents for good order and complete account openings or updates
  • Review and approve account documentation, obtaining legal review or approved exceptions when needed
  • Research, follow up on, and resolve moderately complex routine requests
  • Monitor asset and cash transfers and complete final request reviews
  • Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels, provide status updates, and communicate outstanding requirements
  • Execute control reports and store required evidence
  • Perform quality reviews, correct defects, and ensure accounts are opened or updated accurately
  • Assist in training less experienced team members
  • Identify risks and process improvement opportunities
  • Operate with moderate independence and escalate complex issues to team leads or managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to find and resolve data inconsistencies in highly detailed documents and systems
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Experience interacting with partners via email and chat
  • Ability to be flexible within the hours of 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage large caseloads and execute within short deadlines
  • Ability using multiple systems and applications to complete individual tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to apply established procedures to daily processing
  • Experience, studies, or knowledge in operations, banking, account management and/or customer service
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes
